Refund policy

7-Day Easy Return

At Mian Cloth, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
You must provide your order details or proof of purchase.
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Please do not send any product back without first contacting our customer support team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Items returned without their original packaging.
Opened or used personal-care or hygiene products.
Gift cards, if applicable.
Sale or clearance items, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

If the return is required because of an error from Mian Cloth, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product, Mian Cloth will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or through another agreed refund method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

For normal returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Original delivery charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by Mian Cloth.

Please use a reliable and trackable courier service when returning your order. Mian Cloth cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost before reaching us.
