Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate our website.

Prices shown on the website are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices and promotions may change without prior notice.

If a pricing or product-information error is discovered after an order is placed, we may contact you to confirm the correct details or cancel the affected order where reasonably necessary.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to confirm, refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect information, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, stock problems, pricing errors, delivery limitations, or misuse of promotions.

Please provide a correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay or prevent delivery.

5. Cash on Delivery

Mian Cloth currently offers orders on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is collected when your parcel is delivered.

We do not require advance card payment for COD orders. Any payment options available at a given time will be shown clearly during checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Estimated delivery time is normally 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on location and courier service.

Standard delivery is currently free across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, operational issues, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Returned items must meet the eligibility conditions stated in that policy.

For normal eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If a return is required because Mian Cloth supplied an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Mian Cloth will cover the return shipping cost in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

8. Customer Accounts and Information

If customer-account features are available, you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
